Property and Cancelation Policies : Cancellation Policy; 48 hour cancellation - Your reservation will be charged in full 48 hours prior to your arrival date. Any cancellation within 48 hours will be charged the equivalent of your first night’s stay, Please cancel your reservation the same way in which you made the reservation. In the event of a NO-SHOW (failure to arrive without notice) you will be charged the equivalent of your first night's stay, this is non refundable. .
Cali is exclusive to age 18+ international backpacking travellers, your passport must be presented to check in, without this your reservation will be cancelled. . -Your credit card details have been collected to secure your reservation and will be charged for your full reservation cost 48 hours prior to the arrival date. -We are a cashless business, cash is not accepted at reception. -Once checked-in, your reservation is non-refundable. -All taxes are included within the room rate. -You must present a valid passport at check-in, failure to do so may result in cancellation of your booking. We have a strictly 18+ age policy -All guests must be between 18-35 years of age to stay in dorm accommodation. Guests over the age of 35 are welcome to book private entire dorm rooms. - Failure to check out on time and in the result of property damage or misuse, you agree to any charges incurred. Group bookings; Group bookings of 6+ are subject to our groups policy-please contact our team for further policy information
Christmas & NYE bookings; All bookings between the 22nd December - 8th January (inclusive) are subject to separate terms & conditions. All bookings during this time are non-refundable and payment is due at the time of booking.
